Welcome to goodjl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and goodjl ("goodjl", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the goodjl online casino and sports betting platform available at good jl.app (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the goodjl Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) goodjl account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. goodjl employs automated and manual detection processes to identify duplicate accounts, and all accounts found to be in violation of this rule are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. goodjl will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goodjl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. goodjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 KYC Verification

goodjl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. You may be required to submit proof of identity (e.g., a valid Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. goodjl reserves the right to restrict deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay activity pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

goodjl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PESONet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the goodjl cashier. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. goodjl reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. goodjl targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on volume, banking hours, and the specific payment method selected. goodjl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

The goodjl six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite) is governed by its own programme terms, which are published on the VIP section of the Platform. Tier status and associated benefits may be amended by goodjl at any time.

6 Fair Play & Game Rules

All games offered on the goodjl Platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and utilise independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. goodjl does not influence game outcomes in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios staffed by trained professional dealers. The rules of each live dealer game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goodjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, including card marking, seat switching in live dealer games, or match fixing.
• Using the goodjl Platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are void.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after legitimate gameplay has occurred.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing goodjl using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

goodjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, receipt of a chargeback or fraudulent payment dispute, failure to complete KYC verification, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure for cause, goodjl reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where account closure results in the forfeiture of a balance, goodjl will provide written notification of the grounds for forfeiture to the registered email address on the account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their goodjl account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the goodjl Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, interfaces, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of goodjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any goodjl content without the prior written consent of goodjl. Unauthorised use of goodjl intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goodjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any technical failures caused by factors beyond goodjl's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processing delays, and force majeure events).

goodjl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their goodjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

The goodjl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. goodjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content within it.

12 Privacy

goodjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering a goodjl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. goodjl handles all player data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13 Amendments to These Terms

goodjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. goodjl operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations, and regulatory oversight is provided by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
